Have you ever noticed


Have you ever noticed that when you want to start something unpleasant, you always say to yourself, I'll do it after I finish so and so. I'll go on a diet after I finish eating all the sweets in the house. I'll stop smoking after I finish smoking this pack of cigarettes. I'll take a walk after this movie is over. I could go on but I think you all get the idea. OK so here goes. I am starting a diet. I am going to chose one day out of the week that I can eat anything that i want. That helps in the fact that I know that I'm not cutting myself off from everything that I like. I say I'm starting it now because I was going to start it this morning, without Willard's knowledge and just see how well I could do. But Willard went to the grocery store this morning to pick up 1- bread 2- a can of Crisco, and 3- some diet cokes for himself. Willard comes home with the items, plus a large box of Cinnamon buns. Well you know I just had to have me one of those. defeat to start with. OK so now we start. I am going to be honest about what I eat, here on the blog. So anyone wanting to help me with my diet, feel free to. So this morning I over did and had two sausage biscuits instead of one, for lunch some black eye peas warmed over from yesterday, some of my canned pears with mayo and cheese. For supper I have a salad which consist of, lettuce, bacon bits, cheese, and about 5 sliced pickles. with lots of thousand island dressing. And that stupid cinnamon bun. I had a not so beneficial day. I'll try harder tomorrow. I can't tell you how much my scales say I weigh because they don't go that far up. the Doctors scale has me at 335. I know ouch! I think my scales will register at 320 or 325. So right now that is the gold I'm setting. To be able to see my weight on my scales. I am going to start some small exercises build them up more day by day. Wish me luck
