It's cold

I walked out the door this morning to go to the nursing home. I had my heavy sweater on, but with the wind and cold air, It felt as if I had nothing on at all. Our lesson went very well. Mr Maynard wasn't there, he is sick and was going to his doctor. I pray that it's nothing seriously wrong with him. I hope each one of you will say a prayer for him. While you're at it say a prayer for Mr. Jack too. He's not looking too well. He seems to be going down fast the last few weeks. You may not know them, but God does.
Willard and I had fish cakes for lunch along with some pork&beans. And yes I cheated I ate two slices of bread, oh well. We had soup for supper, some that I had made a month or so ago, and froze. It was pretty good, except for the potatoes, even when the soup was fresh the potatoes weren't that good. I must have gotten a bag that had been frost bit or something. Whatever it was the potatoes tasted gritty then and now.
Willard's Aunt any of the of the Evelyn is in the hospital. Our understanding is that she is dehydrated, and had also been given some medicine at the doctors office, that bothered her stomach ulcers. Say a prayer for her too, if you will.
And last but as they say not lease. I want to remind any of you that don't know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior. Jesus loves you very much, and He really did give His life for you. Please think about it earnestly. Because friends know this, There is nothing else that has to happen before His return. If you are not one of His when He comes, There will be no second chances. Even though He loves you, He will leave you behind. If He came in the next hour would you be left behind? Give that some serious thought.

Until next time, God bless.
